What is included in a SIRÈNE experience?

Every public experience includes a curated sequence of wellness practices — breathwork, red light therapy, sound therapy, lymphatic activation, mindful movement, and guided relaxation — along with a wellness beverage and our signature beach setup. The exact sequence varies by experience (Sunrise vs. Sunset). The SIRÈNE Ritual combines elements of both.

Question 2

How long does each experience last?

The Sunrise and Sunset experiences are each approximately 90 minutes. The SIRÈNE Ritual is a longer, more immersive session — please allow 2.5 to 3 hours.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Comfortable, breathable clothing you can move in. We recommend layers — mornings on the beach can be cool before the sun rises. Bare feet are welcome; the beach is our studio.

Question 4

What should I bring?

Very little. We provide everything you need — cushions, blankets, wellness beverages, and all equipment. You may wish to bring sunscreen, a hat, and a light cover-up for after the session.

Is the experience suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. No prior experience with breathwork, yoga, or any wellness practice is required. Our facilitators guide every element of the session. SIRÈNE is designed to be accessible, restorative, and deeply enjoyable — regardless of your background.

Question 6

Are there any health considerations I should be aware of?

Red light therapy and breathwork are generally safe for most people. If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, or have a serious cardiovascular condition, please consult your physician before booking. If you have any concerns, contact us before your session and we will advise accordingly.

How do I book an experience?

Public experiences (Sunrise, Sunset, and the SIRÈNE Ritual) can be booked directly through our website. Private experiences, celebrations, group retreats, and corporate events are arranged by inquiry — use the Request a Proposal form on the Experiences page.

Question 8

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If SIRÈNE CLUB cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Bermuda's weather is generally beautiful, but the ocean is unpredictable. In the event of severe weather, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule or issue a full refund. Light rain or overcast skies do not typically affect the experience — in fact, some guests find them particularly atmospheric.

Can I book for a group?

Public experiences accommodate up to 12 guests (8 for the SIRÈNE Ritual). If you have a larger group or would prefer a private setting, please use the Request a Proposal form — we will design something specifically for you.

What is the Founding Circle?

Accepted Answer

The Founding Circle is SIRÈNE CLUB's inaugural membership — limited to thirty people. Members receive unlimited access to all public experiences, monthly private sessions, priority booking, exclusive gatherings, and two complimentary Signature Lymphatic Drainage Facials per month at AJ Serenity.

How much does membership cost?

Founding Circle membership is $2,500 per year. This is the founding rate — it will not be available at this price once the thirty spots are filled.

How do I apply for membership?

Visit the Membership page and complete the application form. We review all applications personally and will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your place.

Is membership renewable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Founding Circle members have the right of first renewal at the founding rate, before any price changes take effect.

Where do experiences take place?

SIRÈNE CLUB experiences take place at carefully selected beach locations across Bermuda, chosen for their beauty, privacy, and relationship to the light. Exact location details are shared upon booking confirmation.

Is parking available?

Yes. Parking information is included in your booking confirmation. Bermuda's beaches are accessible by car, scooter, and taxi — we will provide full directions when you book.

I am visiting Bermuda — is SIRÈNE right for me?

SIRÈNE CLUB was designed with visitors in mind. Many of our guests are here for a week or less, and a single experience can be genuinely transformative. If you are staying longer, the SIRÈNE Ritual is particularly well-suited to a multi-day visit.
