By accessing sireneclub.com or booking an experience, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking via GoDaddy Payments. Prices are in USD.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 72 or more hours before the experience receive a full refund. Within 72 hours, there is no refund, but we will do our best to reschedule. No-shows receive no refund. Cancellation terms for private experiences are communicated at the time of proposal.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to arrive on time and respect the natural environment of Bermuda. Sirène Club reserves the right to refuse service.
Health & Safety
Experiences involve ocean and outdoor environments. Guests participate at their own risk. Please disclose any relevant health conditions when booking.
Intellectual Property
All content on sireneclub.com, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Sirène Club. Do not reproduce it without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sirène Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bermuda.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
